- “Booking”: A confirmed reservation for accommodation through StayVenues

5. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
5.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our Platform
- Guests must provide accurate personal and payment information
- Bookings are subject to availability and property owner approval
- Confirmation is sent via email upon successful booking

9. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

- No smoking in non-smoking properties
- Comply with property-specific rules and local laws
9.2 Occupancy Limits
- Do not exceed maximum occupancy limits
- Additional guests require prior approval and may incur fees
- Unauthorized guests may result in booking termination
9.3 Prohibited Activities
- No illegal activities on the premises
- No unauthorized parties or events
- No pets without prior approval
- No subletting or assignment of booking
10. HOST RESPONSIBILITIES
10.1 Property Standards
- Maintain properties in safe and habitable condition
- Provide accurate descriptions and photos
- Ensure all amenities listed are available and functional
- Maintain cleanliness standards
10.2 Availability and Communication
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Provide clear check-in/check-out instructions
- Report any issues to StayVenues immediately
11. STAYVENUES RESPONSIBILITIES
11.1 Platform Services
- Maintain functional booking platform
- Process payments securely
- Provide customer support during business hours
- Facilitate communication between Guests and Hosts
11.2 Limitations
- StayVenues is a marketplace facilitator
- We do not own or control listed properties
- Property conditions and Host performance are not guaranteed
- Emergency services responsibility lies with local authorities
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Service Limitations
StayVenues liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for:
- Property conditions or Host performance
- Personal injury or property damage on premises
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control
- Third-party services or transportation
12.2 Maximum Liability
In no event shall StayVenues’ total liability exceed the amount paid by the Guest for the specific booking in question.
13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
13.1 Information Collection
- Personal information collected as outlined in Privacy Policy
- Information used for booking facilitation and service improvement
- Data shared with Hosts as necessary for bookings
- Communication preferences can be managed in account settings
13.2 Data Security

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
